Biography
SATO Hidenori received his PhD in Economics from the University of Tokyo in 2017. He is currently an Associate Professor of Organization Theory in the Master's Program in Business Administration and Doctoral Program in Business Administration. Prior to joining the University of Tsukuba, he was an Associate Professor at Yokohama National University and Nagasaki University. His research interests include organizational change and strategic change. His research has focused on the cognitive aspects of change. In particular, he studies how organizational identities influence change and consistency in organization.
